From the natural coursed stone exterior to the natural slates or plain clay tiles these six homes have been built to Hills Homes’ exacting standards. The external cottage doors are waxed timber hardwood and, from the hall, the elegant painted timber staircase has a stained hardwood handrail and newel caps. The painted internal doors have satin chrome furniture and the walls are painted Barley White throughout.

Kitchens and Bathrooms

These homes feature bespoke kitchens by Vie Kitchens with an integrated Neff double oven and Neff gas hob. The bathrooms are no less impressive with sanitaryware from the Villeroy & Boch Collection with Hans Grohe taps complemented by ceramic wall tiling from Johnsons.

Heating and Electrics

Individually designed lighting and heating systems ensure the most economical and sustainable use of energy. With Hills Homes, safety is paramount and the systems are enhanced by mains operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to all floors and mains operated heat detectors to the kitchen. External doors feature either deadlock or mortice locks and security bolts.
