Burbage
Manor Farm is the latest of a select development from
Hills Homes, just eight individual country style homes
in a charming courtyard setting. Located in the popular
village of Burbage at the edge of the beautiful Savernake
Forest between Salisbury and Swindon, it’s just
c.6 miles south of the thriving market town of Marlborough.
Burbage has excellent communications being at the junction
of the A346 and the A338. Junction 14 of the M4 lies
10 miles to the north, while the A303 at Andover links
to the M3. Pewsey railway station is c.5 miles away,
with regular services to London Paddington (c.1 hour
10 minutes).

a range of services for day to day life. A Post Office,
two pubs, a general store, newsagents, petrol station,
a doctors surgery, village hall and church. A wider range
of shopping and leisure facilities can be found at the
thriving market town of Marlborough, some 6 miles to
the north and Hungerford some 9 miles to the east.

the village, as well as St Francis Preparatory School,
Pewsey; Pewsey Vale School; St John’s,Marlborough;
Marlborough College; and St Mary’s, Calne.
Burbage
sits sheltered in the beautiful Vale of Pewsey, overlooked
by the open expanses of the Marlborough Downs. It is
designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty,
with an abundance of walks, cycles or rides and the
Ridgeway path and the Kennet and Avon canal are close
to hand. The surrounding countryside is one of the
richest in England for prehistoric landmarks including
Stonehenge, Avebury Stone Circle, Silbury Hill and
Kennet Long Barrow.
