From the Natural Cotswold stone walls with natural stone quoins to the conservation roof slates and lime based rendered dormer heads, these five homes have been built to Hills Homes’ exacting standards with traditional methods and materials to suit their environment. The external 4 panelled half glazed doors and timber window frames are painted Gardenia with internal doors in white oak veneer with satin chrome furniture. From the hall, the elegant staircase is White Oak with turned balusters and the walls are painted Barley White throughout.

These homes feature bespoke kitchens individually designed to maximise the space and layout of the generous kitchen/breakfast/family rooms. With Hills Homes, safety is paramount and the systems are enhanced by mains operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to hall and landing. External doors feature either deadlock or mortice locks and security bolts.
